OVERVIEW
Team Revenue is looking for a transformative B2B Digital Content Specialist to shape our online presence and drive engagement. We need a creative thinker who can lead content strategy and execution, leveraging their expertise in copywriting, digital marketing tools, and social media management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Strategy and Ideation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Strategy Expertise:
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for content that resonate with our audience and drive engagement across digital channels.
- Tactical Execution
- Market Research and Benchmarking
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and create compelling content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience to foster meaningful connections.
- Copywriting
- Produce high-quality written content for various digital channels and optimizing it for SEO, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging guidelines, and target audience preferences.
- Content Calendar:
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content across all platforms.
- Content Assets
- Articles and Blog Creation:
- Case Studies:
- Company Communication Assets:
- Create and maintain company communication assets, including newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels to reinforce our brand identity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of B2B dynamics, environment, and customer journey mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in using a variety of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: (Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end campaign execution, including pre-campaign planning, proper execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Experience with paid media advertising platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).

- Job Type – Full-Time
- Ideal staffing hours are between 3 PM to 12MN (PH) Flexible working schedule.
- 5-day workweek (40 hours)
