THE OPERATING FRAMEWORK

The Operating Framework is the foundation for The BOS. Working with your coach, you will align your teams around your mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. You’ll use these guiding principles to develop the people and resources necessary to drive your strategic plan. We will help you set criteria to hire and fire and make sure you have the right people in the right roles doing the right things. You’ll define your communication methods and cadence to keep everyone in sync and ensure your desired direction is clear throughout your organization. Ensuring transparency helps break down silos and gets everyone rowing in the same direction.

THE GO-TO-MARKET FRAMEWORK

The next section of The BOS™ takes a deep dive into sales, marketing, and customer success processes. Your coach will help you analyze the performance of your current team’s go-to-market plans, identifying what to optimize and what to rebuild. This framework includes a workshop focused on educating your teams on the modern digital buyer, their expectations, and the challenges this presents to today’s leaders and their companies. Additional toolkits, eLearning videos, and supporting training materials guide you as you design, build, and refine the processes necessary to align your team around your customers for growth. Your growth coach keeps you accountable and on track — providing the support you need at every step along the way.
