OVERVIEW

Team Revenue is looking for a transformative B2B Digital Content Specialist to shape our online presence and drive engagement. We need a creative thinker who can lead content strategy and execution, leveraging their expertise in copywriting, digital marketing tools, and social media management. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Content Strategy and Ideation:
    1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
      1. Strategy Expertise:
    2. Generate creative ideas and concepts for content that resonate with our audience and drive engagement across digital channels.
      1. Tactical Execution
      2. Market Research and Benchmarking
  2. Social Media Management:
    1. Develop and implement social media strategies and create compelling content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
    2. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience to foster meaningful connections.
  3. Copywriting
    1. Produce high-quality written content for various digital channels and optimizing it for SEO, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
    2. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  4. Content Calendar:
    1. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content across all platforms.
    2. Content Assets
      1. Articles and Blog Creation:
      2. Case Studies:
  5. Company Communication Assets:
    1. Create and maintain company communication assets, including newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
    2. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels to reinforce our brand identity.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of B2B dynamics, environment, and customer journey mapping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: (Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end campaign execution, including pre-campaign planning, proper execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience with paid media advertising platforms is a plus (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Job Type – Full-Time
  • Ideal staffing hours are between 3 PM to 12MN (PH) Flexible working schedule.
  • 5-day workweek (40 hours)
  • Work from home arrangement
