OVERVIEW

Team Revenue is looking for a transformative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing various digital design projects to support our marketing initiatives. From web design, social media content, IMC campaign collaterals and email campaigns, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging collateral that effectively communicates our brand message and drives engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Design Strategy: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform design strategies and ensure the company’s visual content remains fresh and competitive. 
  2. Digital Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web pages, social media content, email templates, and other digital platforms.
  3. Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Brainstorm ideas, conduct research, and participate in strategy sessions to generate innovative design concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  4. Content Creation: Design and layout ebooks, whitepapers, blog visuals, and other content pieces to enhance readability and visual appeal.
  5. Campaign Collaterals: Develop graphics and visuals for integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels. Create compelling visuals for advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and event collateral to support marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness.
  6. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand identity standards across all design projects, ensuring cohesive messaging and visual representation. Work closely with the brand team to enforce brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency in all marketing collateral, both online and offline.
  7. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  8. Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve overall quality. Actively seek feedback from team members, managers, and other stakeholders to iterate and enhance design concepts based on input and suggestions.
  9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and stay ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital design and marketing collaterals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or any related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite. Figma, and Google Suite 
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design principles such as typography, color, and layout.
  • Knowledge and experience on web design with a strong understanding of ui/ux principles is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge on Creative direction is a plus since you’ll have a chance to work with the video production team for various content types 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Up-to-date and skilled with fundamental Graphic Design practices and leading software & technologies
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Job Type – Full-Time
  • Ideal staffing hours are between 3 PM to 12MN (PH) Flexible working schedule.
  • 5-day workweek (40 hours)
  • Work-from-home arrangement
  • Candidates should have their own multimedia arts geared desktop or laptop and tech.
